On 22 September 2016 successfully completed Economic Cooperation forum organized by the law firm SF Lawyers Barcelona in China. The main objective of the meeting between the two countries was to promote economic development and investment of the participating countries.
The meeting was attended great entrepreneurs of trade and economic sector as Spain and China.. Mrs. John Chen, Vice Director of the Department of Commerce of Hubei Province, Mr. Yong Tao, Director of Wuhan Hengtong Cheng Auto Parts Co., Ltd, etc. representing China; and Ms. Francesca Guardiola, Director of Acció of Generalitat de Catalunya, Mr. Carlos Palacín, International Consultant Acció Mr. David Figueras, Director of SF Lawyers, etc. representing Spain.
Representatives of the Chinese delegation presented the sectors of industry and the state of economic development of Hubei province, especially its capital Wuhan. They showed particular resources, light and heavy industry, new energy industries and new materials, etc ... are there in Hubei Province; to boost economic development, improve the economic structure and industry sectors, and especially attract investment.
Spain, meanwhile, presented by Acció of the Generalitat de Catalunya, the economy and culture of the country and Catalonia with the aim of achieving a partnership with China. Spain showed its support for Chinese investments in Catalonia and China offered all facilities to promote exports and economic development of Spain.
Economic structures and industry sectors between the two countries were also compared, commenting extensively on foreign investment policies and the way for collaboration in the near future was prepared.
